Really hope you can help with this one. I use the below to send formatted html emails. This works fine except the $free_box, a text area, is sent with no formatting when a user types in a message. How can I get that part of the mail to be sent as plain, formatted text - so that there is no need for the user insert <br>s etc?
I've tried using additional "content types" with no success.
Thanks
<?
$mailsubject="$subject";
$mailto= "$eaddress";
$mailbody=" $free_box<p> Date: $date<br>Account: $accnum<br>Rep Number: $repnum<br>$anyarea<br>Headings Selected: $anyheadings<p><table border=1><tr><th>Heading Code</th><th>Listings</th><th>Description</th></tr>$tableresult<br></table><p>$resultsrow1<br>$resultsrow2<br>$resultsrow3<br>$resultsrow4 ";

mail($mailto,$mailsubject,$mailbody, "From: $email\r\nContent-Type: text/html");
