Parse Wildcard

I'm parsing Text Log Files...

In the log there are a ton of urls listed.

I only need to read the ones that have /mpg/

And I need to pick up the filename that comes are /mpg/ into MySql.

Any ideas would be helpful here.

I used ereg and was able to find /mpg/

ereg('/mpg/', $REQUEST, $match)

I need to parse out the directory name before it and the file name after it...

Are you using linebreaks as delimiters? If so, the following will give you what you need:

preg_match_all("/http:\/\/.\/mpg\/.\n/",$str,$matches);

Never mind I used the explode function since this had the looks of an array...

Works great...
