PHP script every time?

Hi All..
can i write script which execute
1-every time.
2-on event and give me alarm.

what exactly do you mean?
(1) an always-running php script?
(2) what would be the event?
alarm: do you mean it should send an e-mail notification to you? (for this look up the mail function)
