Help, guys I need a quick fix.

I suck at regex, and I can only find stuff about replacing to text, or passing for a format of text.

I need to check a string opf variable length to make sure it only contains certain characters [0-9|.|-|+| ].

This should work:

preg_match_all("/[^(0-9-+. )]/",$text,$matches);

if($matches[0]) echo "invalid";
else echo "Valid";
