I have made a project-related mini-website consisting of 1 Main Screen (Homepage) and several linked PopUp pages.
When the visitor enters the homepage through the URL, there is no problem at all, but when the visitor enters one of the PopUp pages, he/she has a problem going to the Homepage, for there is no link via which he/she can do this.
Of course, I have tried to establish a link to the Homepage, and at first sight this works. However, when a visitor who is on the Homepage clicks on a PopUp link and gets a PopUp screen containing a link to the Homepage, and clicks on that link, he/she will of course be directed towards to Homepage again, but this time the PopUp links will not work.
So I am looking for a "conditional" script on every PopUp page, determining whether or not the visitor has come there directly, or via a PopUp link. If the visitor has come there via a PopUp link, the link to the Homepage should not be there, but if the visitor has come on that PopUp page directly (for example via a Search Engine), a link to the Homepage should be shown, so that the visitor can move on to the Homepage.
I would be very grateful if you could provide me with such a "conditional" script. Thank you!
