Is it possible in PHP: anybody send Excel-file via e-mail, my PHP-script perform this file and generate i.e. price-list in HTML-format?

P.S. Can I see anywhere such example in a real life if it exists at all?
Not excel files, but CSV files. Read the manual about fgetcsv()
