upload corrupt my files

I try to do an upload form but all files uploaded are corrupt. Php add the content type in the file !

here an example of an uploaded file :

I use : Linux + Apache + PHP 4
Is there something to set in conf files ?

Yes.
All work fine but when php write the file to the disk, the contain type is add at the beginning of the file.
Very strange isn't it ?
