HTMLDOC HEADERS AND FOOTERS

Hi

I wonder if any one can help me, I am calling htmldoc from php, to produce a multi page document. I want the first page to contain an image as a header and images a s a footer, the problem I am having is that the header and footer apears on all subsequent pages. Is it possible to get the header/footer to only appear on the first page.
