page that doesn't load first time

Hello folks

I have recently rearranged the order in which some of the pages on a web site that i am working on load in the browser and have come up against a curious problem.

One of these pages will not load first time!

However once the refresh button is pressed the page loads and it subsequently behaves as it should.

Can anyone suggest a possible reason for this.Has anyone else experienced such a problem ?

Any thoughts or insights would be kindly appreciated

i have same problem..
in my mail i'm clicking a link which is comes from this forum andthe same error. after refresh button everything is going well...
