Post a message to a table or cell!

I really would like to know what kind of script you could use to post a message from a form to a table or cell on the same site so other users can se and write their own message. Is there any kind of way that this could work??

Yes but i only want one message to go to the table! =) So the text would go from the input to the table or cell!

And every users should be able to write a new message and overwrite the old one!

Is there possible to get a date stamp in the message to??

So there would be only one message in the table or cell, that is the one that the current user posted in the form.

Could you please give me information how to get it working to?? Not just the code...im a newbie =)
