Redirecting a form

I am trying to include() a page in my pages. The imported page contains a form, which unfortunately does not include the full URL in <FORM ACTION=....>, just the file name. Needless to say this causes an error as the referenced file cannot be found.

Is it possible to send the form to a different location, bearing in mind I cannot make any changes to the imported file.

Import page into a variable;
apply reg expressions and replace 'nopath/form.htm' with 'fullpath/form.htm';
print variable.

if you have access to the imported page try

in parent page:
<?
   $actionFile = "name_of_the_file.php";
   include("page_to_include.php");
?>

and in the included file do a <form action="<? echo $actionFile ?>" ... >

this should work...
