Warning: Cannot add header information

I am attempting to bring phpBB into my whole site, allow logins from any page, protect a few pages from unregistered guests etc etc etc.
I keep getting this error:

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at /web/sites/232/nywebguy/www.thenewunderground.f2s.com/phpBB/index121.php:10) in /web/sites/232/nywebguy/www.thenewunderground.f2s.com/phpBB/auth.php on line 264

I cannot find an answer to this problem, evertime I fix it by removeing the require("auth.$phpEx"); command, it just won't show that I'm logged in.

If anyone could help, I'd really appreiciate it.

Somewhere in your script (including includes) you are printing to the browser.

This may be just some 'white space' at the bottom of an include or you may be writing HTML etc.

Either way you can't send anything to the browser before sending headers which include cookies, sesions and header()
