I keep getting this error on my page

Parse error: parse error, expecting ','' or';'' in /web/sites/232/nywebguy/www.thenewunderground.f2s.com/phpBB/home.php on line 85

Line 85 is not inside php braces, and I don't know how to stop this error, any suggestions?

Line 85 referers only to the first line that die's because PHP is expecting X language syntax/construct. Try looking a few lines up in your code for the missing quote or semi-colon.
