Country/State/province dynamic Menu?

I was hoping somone Might have a dynamic dropdown script with all countries and states/provinces for each country. Im working on a signup script and this is really needed. Im using hotmail as the model of how im getting this setup but they must be pulling from a database so im not able to just snag it. Please help. Thanks

Looking ta hotmail's signup it has the following line above the country code.
Im not really familliar with how this works so if nayone could help me I wanna use the exact same method for mine if possible or somthing better.
