Hey, I have two questions...

Me and a group of friends want to use PHP to connect to our network using the ircg functions. We understand that ircg needs to be compiled into our PHP... we don't know what we're doing really, and need help.
Im looking for a way (without frames) to refresh a picture on a webpage in PHP. It's for a webcam. Is there a way?

Servers are passive, browsers are active. PHP is a server side language, remember that. If you want an activity to happen, make the browser do it, through client side language. Servers have answers, browsers ask questions. Think of it like that, and you will see that a DHTML solution, Flash movie, or Java applet will best serve your needs!
