frame dynamic layer error

I have a frameset which consists of 4 frames, one of the frame has js to make layer move. The js is running well. But in netscape 4.x browser, when i resize it, the js in the frame error and said the js is not defined. i do not know why! Do you have the experience that dynamic layer in one of the frame works well but when the whole frameset resize, the dynamic layer in the frame error.

Excuse me, but where does PHP come in to the picture?
