Timezone Conversion

IM needing to knock up a little system in PHP to convert times from one time zone to another...

Can anyone provide a starting point pls?

Ive setup an array with all zones and time differences in.. and can get a timestamp easily for the current gmt time.. prob is how do i manipualte the timestamp to add a set number of hours?

Make sure the time diffreneces in the array are in seconds....

$thiertime = time() + $array["EST"];

That should do it.
