I am having problem while trying to save an XML file locally using DOM in IE5. The eror message shown is 'Permission denied'.
It would be very helpful if you let me know of a solution for the problem at the earliest.

This is a PHP site and a coding forum so XML isn't most people's specialty here. You might get lucky but I would use a XML site's forum for this. At least put this under the general forum.
