background info:
I'm creating a note boart viewier via http for a Rom mud. currently i'm in alpha stage development, so i have no problem with releasing the code openly since it's some where around 60 lines. I uploaded all the text files.

problem:
since muds are notorious for there human friendly data files( you can read/edit them in any text editor)
I rewrote the standard rom fread_*() functions into regular php, not too hard.
they don't work that great. I'm experencing over reading of data. I cant find the bugs.
