I am a vservers customer also, and I have found their support absolutely died once HostPro merged with Interland.
I'm trying to get some voices together before I call their VP of Customer Service to talk with him about whether they are honest when they tell us at http://www.interland.com/legacyhostpro that they'll keep supporting our product.
This replay may find its way to you. If not, this is a warning to all PHP Builders out there:
Avoid Interland! My vserver product has MySQL 3.22.14b installed on it -- there have been 70 releases since then, and Interland won't upgrade me. Also, my perl is 5.00.30 -- 20 releases since then, no upgrades. My PHP is 4.0B2, and I don't know how many releases have come out since then.
