can PHP do this?

Hi,
I want to create a basic 'contact us' form that allows a user to attach a document (resume).
Upon pressing submit, I want it to automatically e-mail me with all of the information, including the attached file.
can PHP do this?
Can someone help me with the code, or direct me to the place to learn how to do this??

Yes PHP can do this but I believe that you can do this in standard HTML.

Just build a form for the user to enter his/her information on and add a <INPUT type="file"> tag to allow them to browse and select a file. And set the action of your form to be "mailto:[e-mail]".

To find out how to do this go and read the users comments under the function 'mail' on php.net This should get you going in the right direction.

Rob is right, plain HTML can already do the job. One more thing to what Rob mentioned though:
the <FORM> Tag should contain
enctype="multipart/form-data"

e.g.
<FORM action="mailto:[e-mail]" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data">
