How do I run Unix based CGI on WinServer

I need to run a index.cgi unix compiled CGI on a windows based web server. I don't want to interupt the windows compiled CGI.

I need help finding the correct engine that will convert this, so i can isolate this client and convert his unix cgi to run.

CGI is a name, not an object.
What exactly do you have that you want to run on windows? a PHP script? a PERL script? an executable?
