sorting my array

i have an array with a lot of numbers in it 🙂 some numbers occur more then once..
now i want to have an output starting with the number that occurs the most in the array.. is this possible? and how?

If you have PHP >4.0.0, you can use

1. array_count_values()
2. Arsort()
