If you really want to hide your stuff, you're going to have to be very tricky.
SInce your just trying to hide keywords, make some code that detects if a search engine is here, or a normal visitor.
Maybe something like this:
If this is the first visit to the site this session, set a session variable and instantly redirect to the exact same page. You'll probably have to log the IP or check the referrer so you know that this is not the first time they saw the page this session.
If the browser accecpted the session variable, they're probably not a search engine, so don't show your keywords or meta info.
If you detect that they are a search engine, load up on the meta-info.
As a matter of fact, check hotscripts and phpclasses for some search engine/User agent detection code. I've seen this around before.
Since you don't care if anyone sees your source, why hide it? All you want to do is keep your keywords under wraps.
