I think, U cant do this. I explain it with simple example : Through some SMS Gate I can send only 50 messages, coz that GATE keeps in mind my IP address. How can I mystify that GATE ? I need something like IP spoofer, but in PHP or PERL or VISUAL BASIC.

Its possible, but any response codes will be sent to the spoofed IP. Meaning you will not know if the SMS messages have been sent.

We have developed a web service which is completely XML-based and will generate MDX to query MS Analysis services. The client requires Linux/Apache/PHP instead on MS 2000/IIS.

Anyone out there using PHP to talk to MS Web Services?
