Splitting tables into multiple pages

Hi,

I'm a student frantically learning php for my finals and seriously need someone to help point me in the direction of how to split up long lists of data into spearate pages using PHP.

For example:

Link 1
Link 2
Link 3
Link 4
Link 5
etc...
Link 20

               1 | 2 | 3 | next

My url which needs help is for band links. Presently the more bands that signup the longer the list gets, see www.brooky.com/links/

I would really appreciate any help.
