Looping query

Hi All I was wounder if any can tell me how can I use a while loop to display my table something like PHPbuilder's has there forum i.e

table
first row is blue
second row is white
third row is blue
fourth row is white
and so on....

Hope you know what i mean

I still like my way better 😉

// your loop starts here

$bgcolor = ($bgcolor == "#ffffff" ? "#000000" : "#ffffff");

// end ends here

I still prefer
$i=false;
//start loop
$bgcolor = ($i=!$i)?"#000000":"#ffffff";
//end loop

...but only because the operator syntax makes people look at me funny. 🙂

That is certainly the most compact version.

I just post the 'full' version so people know what's going on. (plus it allows you to use morethan two colors)
