Win2K/PHP and Task Scheduler

I need to find a way to use task scheduler under Win2K (similar to cron) to fire off a PHP script on a regular basis. Any ideas?

You should consider the AT port for windows nt/2000 you can find it by searching google for "WinAT" with the quotes.
