I have a site with two frames. I have a link on one of the pages that uses a javascript to update both frames at the same time.
My problem is that I want to send variable to both frames at the same time. Is this possible?

WHat you can do is this...
on frame one you have a link, and on frame two you have a javascript in the body onload tag refreshing the the whatever url you want.......
THat is if i got you right with how your frame-setup was...
