China words problems

Hello people, (specially them from China)

I have make a homepage, which using China letters. When a china man white somethink and clicking upload, the text is show rigth. But if I put the text inside a box, so you can change it text, it is showed like nonsense. In the MySQL database I know the text is writen like e.g. "&#478392" (this it only one letter.) If I show it as text on the site it is okay, but in a box, it isn't china letters, how do I tell the box to understand the "&#478392" like a letter? Please help me... And it isn't just china letters, but all countries with specials letters may know this problem...

I dunno If this is exactly right but it might help to have a meta tag in the header of the HTML document that looks like this

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">

Only with the correct charset that you wish to show. Hope that works
