simple posting/reading

ok, I've made this simple posting program that basically is a news poster, however, when the thing is displayed one after another eg.

this is not what I want, because I want my latest post to be first eg..

I have a text box submitting the text, then I have it put onto a .txt file, then the file is read by the page I want the news to be displayed on.

if the txt file looks like this:

Blah blah blah blah @ 8:39 PM
the world jumped in circles today and so on

Blah blah blah @ 2:22 AM
the world turned around

make it put a weird character between it such as § or ¤ or a word like gluschofeinder

and then use a explode command to split it into an array

then use array_reverse to turn it around and then use a while loop to display it
