I am setting up a payment system for my client who has an account with verisign. After verisign authenticates credit card information, they send an approved or declined code using silent post. Has anyone ever heard of "Silent Post"? Verisign's user guide says that Silent Post will send the information to a my PHP script on my clients server and be processed in a background process.
