Cant connect to asp server. ASPSESSIO

I'm trying to send info to an ASP script but it creates an ASPSESSIONID var and I have no idea how to send it back. The ASP script I'm trying to use is at http://www.tco.net.br/ecelular. The ASPSESSIONID var is sended to the browser in the header of the page.
