using snmpnetstat - PHP

why when i typing :

@a=snmpnetstat(\"localhost\",\"public\");
?>
i get message:
\"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: snmpnetstat()\"

but when i use snmpget and snmpwalk, its working properly..

NB:I use win xp professional,PHP 4.1.0,IIS 5,UCD-SNMP 4.2.1

There's no snmpnetstat in the manual

I don't even know what snmp is! I just noticed that function's not in the manual! :o)
