Regarding Objects...

Hi,
I am using objects in PHP 4 ..for logins..
After some time when the browser (IE) is still open it gives me following error..
"Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in c:\emailprj\emma\homepage.php on line 19"

Intially when i login everything works fine..and i cn login and go inside..but later after some time this problem comes..
Can anybody help..

post your code. most likely you are trying to call a function of an object that is not declared or is null.

Hello !

I m facing problem in closing instance of excel COM through php code.The excel remains & consumes memory which is clear from task manager in Windows NT4.0 with Apache 1.2 & PHP4.0

The problem exists even after closing the instance as follows.

$xlApp->Application->Activeworkbook->Close("False");
$xlApp->Quit();
$xlApp=null;
