Yes and No. If you have your data in a database, then all you need to do is figure out what browser is requesting the page, format the proper headers, and then display your content. But remember that wml required "cards" (aka pages) which must be in a much smaller chunck, so you'll need to add some functions to handle your content and place them into small "cards".
