I'm currently toying around with arbitroweb (http://sourceforge.net/projects/arbitroweb/) as a means to create a form based web proxy system. It seems the only support it lacks is that of binary support. When viewing an image within a webpage, it's fine... but when requesting a direct image (http://somewhere/someimage.jpg) I get machine language. I'd like to help (or at least get what I want) create a binary support include for this system... not for redistribution, but mainly because the developer hasn't touched the project in some time...
Anyone have any suggestions? Has anyone already developed this sort of thing and I just haven't found it yet?
