Field Help with MySQL and PHP

I have a table setup where some users put information in a specific field. How can I get only those that have information in that field to be displayed?

I'm writing a personals program that has a field for people to write in a fantasy if they want to.

I want to display only those people who have filled in that field. The reason I'm having it in one table is so that when someone clicks on that persons name who has a fantasy, it will show their complete profile.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I'm at a loss.

Thanks for the help. It works. I found out that is not has to be all caps IS NOT and it works like a charm.
