Font size

I am a bit lost as to which unit of measurement to use when developing CSS for my site. I have thus implemented everything in 'em', and it has worked in IE and Netscape 4.6. Netscape 6however does not like it? Everything turns out tiny?

Am I using the wrong units?? What are the better options for this scenario?

Try standard CSS/HTML measurments. I am not sure as to what "em" stands for?

Try pixel sizes instead. (font-size: 12px😉
This will render the type to the exact pixel size specified. If you are still having problems with a particular browser then it might be worthwile to do a browser check and make your css values vary depending on the type of browser.
