xml_prc giving error under wondows

Hello ... my code is giving problem under win 2k and IIS5 .... it is giving following error:

same error is given when I try examples given in zip file ...

exactly same code runs perfectly under RH 7.2 and apache so I guess that the problem is with windows ....

any ideas ?

sorry i forgot to paste error in previous post:
xml processing instruction not at start of external entity at line 5

and sorry its rpc .. not prc 🙂
