When I try to connect to Oracle .. error
undefined function ociLogon(), I wonder any guys have information or solutions to help me out.

The problem is simple: your PHP does not have Oracle support compiled into it.

The solution is to get a copy of PHP that has oracle support in it. If you compiled it yourself you can use the PHP manual chapter about installing to help you get oracle support. If you got a binary off the net, look for a version with oracle support. If you are using an installation done by someone else, talk to that person about it.
