Problem in attaching the word document

Hi,

I had the problem when attaching the word document in a mail.

The document is attaching,but when i try to open the attachment its not opening. Its giving name or path is not valid

I written
Content-Type: multipart/mixed
Content-transfer-encoding: 7bit

Is anybody know why its giving error
