regular expression

hi!

i am facing the following problem:

i have got a column in my database looking like this:

col1

108
108

217
217

115
115

what I need to do is the following:
-I want to get rid of every 0
-I want to get rid of every second number not a 0 -> eg. the second 108, the second 217 and so on ...

I had a look a regular expressions but did not find a satifying result ...

anybody a hint ?

sorry no regex help but this can be done in sql (assuming col1 is a number field):

select col1 from table where col1 != 0 and substr(to_string(col1), 1, 1) != '0'

if all the double values are part of completely identical lines, you can do:

select distinct col1 ...

and you get:
217
115
