PHP IDE

Can anybody recommend any good development environments for PHP coding?

I'm currently working with Maguma Studio Light (was PHP-Coder) under windows and looking at Bluefish under Linux.

Any suggestions for either Linux or windows would be appreciated.

Ultraedit is my text editing tool of choice (www.ultraedit.com), but I've been tempted to try PHPEd since NuSphere have bought it up... the debugging/integrated browser type stuff looks pretty cool. (both for Windows)

I'll certainly give UltraEdit a try, I have just spent a while reading there message board regarding a Linux port, it would be nice if one existed.
