I am attempting to parse an RDF file from dmoz.org, but partway through, it apparently encounters a '&' in one of the data, and gives me 'XML error: not well-formed at line 2064390'.
The file is in UTF-8 and I am using that option with xml_parse and I have magic quotes off, so I dont' know what's going on.
Anyone have any ideas?
