sending query result to textFile

hey,
I've this query that I run and I send the result to a text.txt file. The result is being sent allright but I need to put the field names on the first line of the text file.
i want it like this on the first line before the rest of the stuff:
name|address|phone|blah|blah|blah|

how can I do this??

well you could try this. before you send your query to a text file you can get the field names from the database and then conatate it to the query and then send it to the text file. if you get my drift?
