popup window always ontop with textbox.

Hi !!

I am able open a popup window,

I need that popup window should always be on the top.

This popup window is having a text box to enter the name.

It means unless and until this popup window close, user should not be work on another windows.

My requirement is:
1)This popup window should always be ontop(i.e.:user should not work on another windows).
2)when this popup window is on the top, It should allow me to enter the name in the text field.
3)once the user closes this popup window,then only he will be allowed to work with another windows.

your help will be highly appreciable.
