Flash and Things in PHP

Toodidlioo! I know this sounds very similar to a request by Spike Spencer but please note that it is not identical, and thus merits a posting.

I am in the wanting of:

1. A MySQL database that stores objects for Batch executables like Word and excel.

2. A Flash page in IE5.5 that somehow evades the download dialog box AND generates blank buttons that can take the labels from the MySQL database (explode?)

3. A PHP script that makes everything above actually work.

See, I've done the theory...Can it work?
