i'm trying to send attachments via email with php...but i get this error...any idea why?

looks like the attachment was too large.
right, the attachment is 900k....is this a php limitation? or is it my host?
Your host, verify the post_max_size it's in the PHP Core configuration. Run this script:

yes, the max size is 8mb, but i'm only trying to send a 900k file..but it appears to want to use 10 mb just to send it! I think PHP may have a memory leak..my host is using 4.0.6
That does sound flaky...check with your host. I don't know of any issues with 4.0.6 I think that is what my host uses, but I don't send email attachments. Don't know how to yet 😉
