news management

hi there..
can u please help me to develop a news management site in php..I have a site which is already designed..so i have to update its different sections which contains daily updated news...so what i want, through admin section to generate a htm,html files having the same design..but having the news from the mysql database...so how can i do it..or any other idea for doing that...
